Fees, security and data

No platform fees

We never take a cut of donations. You pay only Stripe's or PayPal's processing fees, and donors can choose to cover them.

Card details stay with Stripe and PayPal

Card details never reach your server. Totals are checked on the server and webhooks are signature-checked.

Your data stays on your site

Donor records are stored in your WordPress database, and you can export them to CSV at any time. The plugin is open source and sends no telemetry.

Pricing questions

Is everything in the free plugin?

Yes. Every feature is in the free plugin. The paid plans are support and services: priority help, setup and custom work. They don't unlock features.

Are paid plans feature gates?

No. The software is free and GPL, and every feature on this page is in the free download. Paid plans cover faster support, setup help and hands-on work. New features go into the free plugin.

Do you charge transaction or platform fees?

No. You pay only Stripe's or PayPal's standard processing fees, and donors can cover those with fee recovery.

Can I cancel a paid plan any time?

Yes. Paid support plans are month to month. If you cancel, the free plugin keeps working as before.

How do you decide what to build?

From real requests. Weekly giving, custom wording and the exact fee figure all started as one user's requests on WordPress.org. Some things are not built, including peer-to-peer fundraising, text-to-give, a matching-gift company lookup and a drag-and-drop form builder. There is no native Salesforce or HubSpot sync, but the outgoing webhooks connect to both through Zapier or Make. New features are free. Tell us what would help.
