Your fundraising at a glance
Open Donor Merchant → Dashboard and the headline numbers are just there:
- Total raised — all time, completed gifts
- This month — how the current month is tracking
- Donation count — completed gifts to date
- Donor count — unique supporters
- Active recurring gifts — your most important growth metric
- Average gift — watch it move as you tune your ask amounts
Below the stats, the most recent donations stream in with status badges — completed, pending, failed, refunded — so you can spot problems (or celebrate a big gift) at a glance.
Drill down without drowning
The Donations screen filters by status, searches across donor names, emails, and transaction IDs, and sorts by amount or date. Fee-covered gifts show the fee portion separately, refunds are tracked automatically via webhooks, and recurring renewals are attributed to their subscription.
When you need more: export
For pivot tables, year-over-year analysis, or your accountant's questions, export donations or donors to CSV with one click. Every field is included — amounts, fees, currencies, frequencies, statuses, tributes, dates.
